Class Dates: Jan 11 - Feb 29 (every Wednesday)
Enrollment Deadline: Friday, Jan. 6th
We offer a wide range of courses to enhance your students skills and abilities. All of these have a high fun and interest factor to keep your student engaged and enthusiastic throughout the trimester. Please enroll early as it is on a first-come-first-serve basis.
Step 1: Complete the following forms along with your application and return to the school office or classroom by Jan. 4th (enrollment is not complete until you do so)* :
- Dismissal Instructions
- Village View Waiver
- PTA Waiver (should have been completed and turned in with your back to school packet).
* Forms are on file for returning students from the Fall 2011 session, so if everything is the same, returning students do not need to turn in these forms.
Step 2: Enroll and pay online using the class website link below OR enroll by printing and completing the appropriate class flyer and mailing the flyer and the check to the program vendor (payable to the program vendor).

Step 3:
- Consider your child enrolled and instruct them to report to the lunch benches after school on Wednesdays beginning on Jan 11th.
- We will NOTIFY YOU ONLY IF A CLASS IS CANCELLED OR FULL. Classes not meeting the minimum enrollment will be cancelled by Jan 10th.
- The PTA will NOT send home a confirmation notice.
Class schedule:
- 12:50 pm. Enrolled children report to lunch tables for supervised snack/lunch time (parents should provide a snack or lunch).
- 1:10 pm. Program instructors take roll at the lunch tables.
- 1:20 pm. Classes start.
- 2:20 pm. Classes end (except Lego Engineering which will end at 2:50pm).
Parents/caregivers are responsible for picking up their child(ren) immediately after their class ends. Instructors will deliver kids to Kid's Club.
The location of each class will be posted in front of the school office on the first day of classes (Wednesday, Jan 11th).
Children are supervised at the lunch tables and will have time to eat lunch prior to being taken to class for the after school programs.
