Magic Night

MAGIC NIGHT was a HUGE success.  Over 700 people turned out to watch Brock Edwards amaze us the his "Magic Extravaganza."  The students enjoyed watching Mrs. Novy get cut in half!  Thankfully, it was just an act, and Mrs. Novy is still in one piece. This family fun event was brought to you by your Village View PTA.  These events are NOT fundraisers, just a chance for our Village View community to enjoy an evening together and to thank our PTA members for all their support during the year.  

These nights would not be possible without a large crew of VOLUNTEERS.  A GIANT thank you goes to Kristine Potter for taking care of all the advertising, ticket sales/processing and event details.  Thank you to Tawn O'Connel, Cyndee Coots and Shelly Fernandez for buying, preparing and selling all the hotdogs, candy, drinks and popcorn.  Thank you to Dairy Queen for donating 20% of their sales to our PTA.  Thank you to the Boy Scouts for helping set up chairs.  Still more volunteers were needed to sell tickets at the door, help with food, clean up and more.  These volunteers include: Rebecca Wallihan, Girl Scouts, Domi Ellis, Vanessa Nalle, Karen Baines, Susan Stegman, Shelley Dyvig, Tracy Chu, Anne Hudson, Steve Hudson, Christina Buck and Courtney Garrard.
