Pop into PTA! 

PTA is the nation’s oldest, largest and highest profile volunteer organization working on behalf of public schools, children and families. PTA volunteers work in their schools and communities to improve the education, health and welfare of all children and youth. When you join the Village View PTA, you become a member of that organization and have a voice for your children at both a national and local levels. We help to organize community events as well as raise supplemental funding for Village View School. Profits from fundraisers support school programs such as academic enrichment, music, art, and field trips. In addition, you help our local level PTA with training, conferences,advocacy and organizational support.

Membership is only $10 per person. We encourage family, friends, teachers, and staff at Village View to join. Our goal is 100% membership! We are asking each teacher to join and for each student to get at least one family member or friend of Village View to join.

How do you join? Please fill out the envelope attached to the "Pop into PTA" yellow flier that was sent home in the first day of school packet sent home. Below is also the same form you can download and print out on your own. Memberships can be turned in your child's classroom teacher or the office.

During the membership drive, which runs from Sept 6th-16th, we are offering a $5 discount on the t-shirt of your choice (50th Anniversary or Halloween Haunt)...regularly priced at $15. One discount per PTA membership. Discounts must by redeemed by Friday, September 16th.  After that, 50th Anniversary t-shirts will not available for purchase in person until October 28th.
