If you could improve one thing

Welcome to the forthcoming 2010-2011 School Year

Welcome to Village View Families! I hope you all having a relaxing and fun summer! The PTA realizes how important your children are to you and that you want the best for them. The PTA can help you achieve that! We all know that children learn more and have better lives when parents, teachers, staff, and the community work together. Village View PTA invites you to make a difference in the education and quality of life of your student here at school by becoming a member of the PTA. With your PTA dues, and your generous contributions through our fundraisers, the PTA is able to enrich our childrens educations with such programs as: Music and Movement, Reading at Home, Educational Assemblies, Field Trips, Drug Awareness, Book Fairs, Meet the Masters Art Program, Family Fun Nights, Literacy Picnic, technology, and so much more! We look forward to seeing many new faces at our PTA meetings. Please make time for this meeting. It is your chance to check out what your PTA does and how you can help! Sincerely, Rebecca Wallihan, PTA President.

It is also important to know that with future budget concerns, the PTA will be needed more than ever! Do not hesitate! Volunteer and ensure not only that our enhancement programs, assemblies and field trips continue, but that our students and teachers have what the need to be the best that they can be! Contact our PTA president, Rebecca Wallihan, for volunteering opportunities.  Open this document for specific vounteering opportunities.
